We’re proudly based in Sydney, Australia, where EYC was founded in 2024.

Ordering & Shipping

How can I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, select your favorite pieces, and follow the checkout process. It’s quick and secure!

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand. We hope to expand our shipping options soon, so stay tuned!

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Australia: 3-7 business days 
  • New Zealand: 7-14 business days
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link to follow its journey.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
