  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 AUD, applicable within Australia only.

3. Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia.

  • Expedited shipping typically takes 2-4 business days within Australia.

  • Delivery times to New Zealand 7-14 business days.

4. Shipping to New Zealand:

  • We currently provide shipping to New Zealand.

  • At this stage, we do not offer international shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia.

5. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@eyclothing.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
