EYC Return Policy

At Elevate You Clothing, we are committed to providing high-quality products that inspire confidence and authenticity. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Store Credit Only:

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Instead, returns will be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit will be provided in the form of an EYC discount code or gift card that can be used for future purchases.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eyclothing.com.au. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number for faster resolution.

  • We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

5. Store Credit Details:

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for any product on our website.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
